The Orphnoch Class Robots
Along with the main robot I also needed to have 2 other designed.. intentionally made to look weaker and a step down from the other robot. I call them Faiz (red) and Kaixa (right), another KR reference as with the class name. These appear in scenes prior to the the Neon bot.. which i'll have to think of a better name for in then mean time.

The Mental Look
Well after a little bit of playing around with the finished rig i wanted to come up with a nice look in the mental ray render engine of which the animation will be rendered in. So heres a render of the model in over saturated skylight and another in mental ray.. i think it makes him look more menacing and the colour is necessary due to the robot bursting out from inside a certain Sega character! It needs to resemble his colour a bit.

The Finished Robot
I call him the Neon Bot... I think you can probably guess why. Anyway the next stage will be to rig him for animation and come up with 2 other bots that look like lesser models of this one for another part of the animation.
On a side note I'm thinking or using the dolphin toy models in a crane animation like the grab a toy games you find in the arcades. Bit more to do if i find the time.

Working on the Environment
After a few bits of input about the safe lightning from before i've made a few changes and the images here show the evolution of it, from the original look on the bottom you can see i've added neon lights to the pillars, adjusted the neon brightness and pilar textures, added polygons to the safe doo to smooth it out and finallly increased the intensity of the light a bit.
The images range from the most recent at the top to the old version at the bottom
For a video test i've added the espio test into the enviornment and re rendered to see how a model looks in the enviornment
